Abstract

This edition promises to give you lots to think about as we approach 2020. Let the holiday season spirit motivate you to find new ideas, seek change, and be inspired.

Welcome to the latest issue of the PHE Journal. This edition promises to give you lots to think about as we approach 2020.

In fact, one of our featured stories centers around "your brain on PE." Of course, what that looks like will be different for everyone. But, the prompts to reflect, refocus and recharge are tried and true tips that each of us should take into consideration.

Other offerings include a roundup of suggestions on how to support kids who struggle to enjoy phys ed class and a look at Joey Feith, the founder of ThePhysicalEducator.com.

I hope you also enjoy the brief article on vaping. It was personally eye-opening to me to see some of the stats in print before my eyes. While more research becomes available I hope that more conversations take place. As we already know, it's never too early to talk to the children in our lives about their health and wellness.

Best,

Jaishree
